- The Minoan Room is the perfect place to end your day. Named by City Paper as one of the “Top Ten Places to Hear Jazz,” we have live music in the Minoan room every Thursday – Saturday, 9:30pm – Midnight. Late-night drinks and desserts available nightly.

Chef's Bio
- Executive Chef Rashad Edwards
Mr. Edwards is a true Baltimorean being born and raised in the local community and attaining his Culinary Degree from the Baltimore International College in 2001. He has honed his Culinary Skills over the past decade working with the nationally renowned Michael Rork and other infamous local chefs. Rashad has achieved numerous accolades in his past six years with the Kali’s Restaurant Group and attained the Executive Chef position after opening Meli Patisserie & Bistro restaurant in 2009. He enjoys his personal time with his daughter Jala and makes a point to travel internationally 2-3 times a year to enhance his culinary experiences. Mr. Edwards’s cooking philosophy is simplistic to him…. In his own words “Cooking for me is a pure talent”
